The primary role of Al Rai's Board of Directors, represented by its members, revolves around enhancing Al Rai's leadership role in serving the economic, environmental, and social development process at the local level. This is achieved by formulating objectives and setting strategies, regulations, and basic policies. Furthermore, the Board of Directors develops comprehensive action plans to achieve Al Rai's short- and long-term objectives, in addition to identifying mechanisms for achieving these objectives.
